The VIP Transport Magazine Editorial Department always welcomes timely content relevant to equipment, completions and upkeep. Submissions may take the form of:

Press Releases

News about companies, products and professionals are invited. All submissions must be made via email and preferably include at least one high-resolution (300 dpi) image, captions (cutlines) and special instructions. VIP Transport will determine the appropriate publication method and reserves the right to edit all material for brevity and style. Please forward the releases (as an attachment to the contact form) and any special instructions to the Editorial Department.

Guest Articles

Generally geared to each issue's "Trends" section [see Media Plan for schedule], the Magazine will publish non-promotional material (covering more than one company) submitted by recognized authors. Guest articles must be made available exclusively to VIP Interiors for a period of at least three months. All submissions must be made via email and preferably include several high-resolution (300 dpi) images, captions (cutlines) and special instructions. The Magazine reserves the right to edit all material for brevity and style. Please contact the Editorial Department to coordinate placement.

"Commentary" and "Letter to the Editor"

Seasoned industry professionals are invited to submit material (max: 500 words) pertaining to the state of the transportation-interiors industry, or segments thereof, for publication in the Commentary section of the Magazine. Short letters (max: 250 words) will also be considered for publication. All submissions must be made via email. The Magazine reserves the right to edit all material for brevity and style. Please contact the Editorial Department to coordinate placement.

Advertorials

A limited amount of promotional material will be accepted for publication in the Magazine's "Special Advertising" section for a set fee. All submissions must be made via email and preferably include high-resolution (300 dpi) images, captions (cutlines) and special instructions.
