1) Send an e-mail:
You may request your login information by sending an e-mail. You must send the e-mail from the e-mail address registered under your account. We will then e-mail the information back to that same address.

Your main TVI login works for both TVI e-News & Archives and TVI Directory Online subscriptions.
2) Send a fax:
You may request your login information by sending a fax on
your company letterhead to (760) 804-1390. The information will then be faxed
back to you.
3) Contact our office:
Call our circulation department at (760) 804-1420 and request your
login information. The information will then be e-mailed to the e-mail
address that we have on file.
