SUMMARY:

This person will have the knowledge and experience to successfully manage technicians, equipment, and other resources needed to complete individual corporate aircraft interior projects. The person in this position will orchestrate the interior completion to include bringing together cabinetry, carpet and soft goods completions as described in a work scope or package.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Must have a thorough knowledge of aircraft interior completion, production and manufacturing operations
  • Customer service skills - interactions and obtains customer approvals for work to be performed (post sale)
  • Ensures company safety and quality standards are incorporated in every interior effort
  • Ensures all managed activities comply with the Repair Station Manual and other written instructions
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 5 years experience with corporate (VIP) aircraft interior completions
  • 2 years leadership experience in a completion or interior shop
  • Prefer paint, wood finishing and experience covering soft goods
  • Familiarity with the industry vendors, regulations and current procedures for completing interiors on a timely and competitive basis

  • Ability to travel to customer locations
  • Must be able to work overtime when needed
  • Must be able to wear a respirator or air hood and work in a close / confined environment
  • Must be able to routinely lift 40 pounds
